Post-Traumatic Midbrain Tremors Neurol 40:62-66, Samie,M.R.,et al, 1990 See this aricle in Pubmed Article Abstract We report 3 patients with post-traumatic tremor and describe the characteristics of the tremor and accompanying neurologic signs. Radiographic and pathologic examination indicated a contralateral midbrain localization of the lesion.The tremor responded to anticholinergic or dopaminergic therapy.
