Article Abstract
This partly reversible acute uremic neuropathy,which is probably caused by the metabolic disturbances of end-stage renal failure,simulates Guillain- Barre syndrome or chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy and may be complicated by diabetic neuropathy.
