Hypersensitivity to Carbamazepine Presenting with a Leukemoid Reaction, Eosinophilia, Erythroderma, and Renal Failure Neurol 39:436-438, Ray-Chaudhuri,K.,et al, 1989 See this aricle in Pubmed Article Abstract We report a patient in whom hypersensitivity to carbamazepine presented with generalized erythroderma,a severe leukemoid reaction,eosinophilia, hyponatremia,and renal failure.This is the first report of such an unusual reaction to carbamazepine.
