Neuroradiol 39:411-413, , 1997
See this aricle in Pubmed

Article Abstract
Cerebral venous thrombosis is most commonly found in the superior sagittal sinus but has also been described in the transverse sinus, the deep cortical veins or in a combination of these. The diagnosis has been greatly facilitated by MRI. Thrombosis of the inferior sagittal sinus has not, to our knowledge, been reported previously. We describe an unusual case of isolated inferior sagittal sinus thrombosis.
