Article Abstract
RRMS/E had a more severe and rapidly evolving cortical pathology. (CLs and atrophy) compared with RRMS without epilepsy. The RRMS/E group was also characterized by more pronounced cognitive decline, higher EDSS and higher prevalence of men.
