Article Abstract
We report a patient with a cerebellar syndrome and radiological features of limbic encephalitis who was thought to have a paraneoplastic encephalomyelitis on the basis of the clinical phenotype and an unidentified anti-neuronal antibody but who was finally diagnosed as having PSS with neurological manifestation being the presenting complaint.
