Article Abstract
Spontaneous intracranial hypotension due to a spinal CSF leak is an enigmatic cause of not only headache but also coma, parkinsonism, and dementia. We report a group of patients who were found to have the typical MRI findings of spontaneous intracranial hypotension without any clinical symptoms.
